Adult Leadership
Program for African Americans
Challenge Greensboro is a
non-traditional leadership development program focused on
effectively addressing the needs of the African American
community. The program is designed to increase the number of
leaders from local minority populations prepared to assume
greater leadership responsibilities in the community. The
purpose of Challenge Greensboro is to increase the number of
minorities with leadership skills who have input into
decision-making processes that affect the Greater Greensboro
Community in general and minority communities in particular.
